SICU Synergy Solutions Group Network (SICU SSGN)

SICU Synergy Solutions Group (SICU SSG)

Since we all have been networking, why not discuss what was behind the network at the first place? What are the benefits other than chatting or establishing business etc. How it came about, and why and with what results? When did it start?

No doubt that network can be enriching experience in many ways. It can be an addiction too and time thief. The following is what I came up with and would like to share it. Your feedback is more than welcome for it is part of network.

Network has been deliberated to improve on the human well being, health wise, emotionally and mentally. It was purposed to study the human psychology, social needs and to provide a source of therapy and existentialism for students and practitioners. The study was to help researchers identifying what really matters to working people and to help employers to make work as healthy and consequential as possible.

The definition of network is a thread, open string, cord, crossing each other or wire woven together at regular intervals. Interval is anything that presents a system of cross lines. Network is informal communications to link members, of different social classes, professions and organizations in order to provide connections, information and positive discrimination.

In information technology, a network is a series of points or nodes. A node is a connection point, either a reorganization point or an end point for data transmissions. The general meaning of a node is what has programmed or designed competence to recognize, process or forward transmissions to other nodes. Networks can interconnect with other networks and contain sub-networks.

The most common configurations of networks include the bus. A bus is a network of circuit arrangement in which all devices are attached to a line directly and all signals pass through each of the devices. Each device has a unique identity and can recognize those signals intended for it.

So, we are the Nodes or Bus, need to be connected for many reasons and for verity of benefits.

For the meaning of network is communicating regularly with individuals within group or groups. Human Interactions has powerful impact on each one and plays important roles whether to continue or discontinue the connections.

I look forward to receiving your input and wish you all happy network.

Hi Mona,

Thank you very much for this very up to date communication. Personally I am not to shure how to use this method new to me as many would say the same for them.
We were not teach, how to benefit from such a good system. For what I do, it is hard to find the right person to teach the right way specially when they ask, what do you do ? I talk with the Soul of the decease person, beside being an ex professional photographer, a real estate agent , and a Financial Consultant for the least.

Thank again Mona and Have a Wonderful day.

Hello Pierre,

My pleasure and thank you for the honest reply. Most of business now are conducted through internet. You can be establish serious business with propel you never met, yet you still can build trust and confidence. Have you ever met Microsoft team!? Most likely no. Yet, you have the full confidence to download their products from the internet, right? Also, you can start to talk about yourself to someone you never met and with time, you have certain level of trust and can increase with time or decrease. Why? Because through writings you can tell a lot no matter how a person tries to hid the true himself. These are just examples of having big business and good communications through network.

Having said that and to reach such results, time and experiences are needed as anything else. No one was born knowing everything rather nothing at all. So keep in contacts with people whom you think are interesting to you. When you are asked about what you do, it is your chance to explain what you have done, what you are doing now and what your goals in the future. You never know, probably you are the person they are looking for!!

Network is about expanding oneself and the boundaries to learn more about our hidden abilities that we never thought we had. Also, about learning new skills( communications skills). The way preparing and presenting your profile is very important so when members read about you, something should grab their attention to contact you. If you do not get contacted, never get disappointed. There are several reasons for that. Then you take the initial and contact them. The best ways is to show interest in their interest rather than imposing oneself business someone else. On the network, people need to first know and trust the person sitting on the other side of the computer to build that trust. Back to Microsoft example, matter of tie and reputation.

I do not wish to keep m message long but thank you for participating and hope this helped!

Regards,

Mona

Interesting topic....yes, I think you both bring up excellent points. Web based social media is relatively new but for those that have been online for awhile participating in forums or blogs, it gives a new focus to communications.

I find one of the benefits of this sort of networking is that sharing information is made so much easier. It is as easy as passing on a link and follow up is made more convenient whether real time chat or postings. Perhaps combined this makes it easier to find the right people in a shorter amount of time than might happen in traditional networking.

As you pointed out, it can help time get away from you....and then there is the challenge of making time for it. I have that being cautious of "things to be done" can lead one to postpone replying or participating to general discussions and direct communications get priority attention. I suppose we are still early in the game and we will find a way to weave this into the rest of life.

All the best!
