This group is for you to promote public and corporate events, seminars & work shops, web conferences, art exhibitions, music festivals, sporting events, fashion shows, fund raising events... just name it, and to offer event marketing, co-promotion, merchandising & sponsorship opportunities for corporations & brands.Start a discussion in the discussion forum of this group, add a striking heading and or the name, date and venue of the event, and a detailed introduction including an estimate of how many visitors will attend and what's your target groups are.
Describe what kind of event marketing, co-promotion, merchandising & sponsorship opportunities your event have to offer corporation and brands, and some details about the pricing.Event marketing can be defined as follows: Designing or developing a 'live' themed activity, occasion, display, or exhibit (such as a sporting event, music festival, fair, or concert) to promote a product, cause, or organization.
One of the biggest frustrations for any event organizer is planning a great event that fails to meet their goals. Organizers spend hundreds of hours planning and creating a great event, yet they can’t get people to show up. Ironically this includes free events!
An event that is well planned and executed with proper marketing will almost always outperform an event that is perfectly planned and has poor marketing.

- Dear Ziplock. Please do not have "auto sound" widgets added to this group. We frequently have people accessing in offices and/or libraries and it is rude to assume everyone wants to listen to the same music you do. If you post the widget and mute the auto the person opening the site can then chose to listen to it.

The forum might become good but to achieve it it's important to keep the FOCUS on events and event marketing & sponsorship of events.
