Dear all,

since early last year I am living 50% in Marrakesh - a city with two faces - clash of tradition and modernity - international hotspot.
We chose this place with its magic and creative energy to build our first "place of inspiration".
A riad that we reconstructed to become an oasis for all senses, a place where you can relax, forget your daily rountines. The reconstruction was done exclusively by moroccans and us - an archtectual concept which is based on the love story of Yela who once lived in this house and whose letter we found during reconstruction. Hr story was written on the huge doors of the rooms from a reknown calligrapher and so we don't have rooms but chapters of a love story :o).

It is a place of incredible calm within the bustling medina - all senses are subtly stimulated by special music, materials, odeurs and a very reduced coloir code.
Perfect place also for creative workshops and thinktanks that we also organise ourselves.

Our product is not the rooms, but the emotional, sensual and cultural experience - within our material world many people have lost their sense of life, spirituality, etc. - this is the place where you feel yourself again and people already changed their lives after they stayed with us :o).

Have a look at www.anayela.com

I am looking for more such places in the world, small but with a soul and personality, where you can feel the love and passion. let me know!

Best regards,
Andrea
