- How did you find SICU?
- I founded Synergialaitos.Com ("Synergy Society") in 1999. It was a symbiosis of my two companies: T&M Project Management, founded in 1986 and Tomcom Marketing Communication Ltd. founded in 1996. After a quick process of internationalization and differentiation, I had to internationalize the name as well. By this SICU, which is the acronym of the name and slogan Synergy Integrated - Connects the Unconnected, was launched in 2004.

- I'm the founder and sole owner of SICU (Synergy Integrated - Connects the Unconnected), a Multifunctional Marketing Agency, and the SICU Synergy Solutions Group (SICU HUB) - a Globally Active Virtual Organization and Strategic Alliance Specialized in Creativity, Innovation, B-2-B, Multilateral Marketing Communication, Social Media Marketing and Project Management. SISU is an ability to get things done, describing staying power, will power of iron and decisiveness to get things done even against impossible odds.

SICU is the registered marketing name of the business activities of the undersigned. Having been involved with innovation for several years now, and on open innovation models for almost 12 years, I find SICU's objectives and approach refreshing, and indeed challenging too.
I am glad that a collaborative hub such as this, with a global footprint and vision, has been formed. There is much to be done; left-brained leadership to be transformed; creativity, innovation and its commercialisation to be spread; management agendas to undergo perceptible shifts from looking at innovation as consumption of resources, to a process that sees and embraces innovation as cultivation of resources;.........

I am having difficulty in grasping the mechanics or mechanism of synergistic collaborations. Is it "fair game" to create a solution with a few other members and then run off and patent it under an ad hoc corporation formed among those who contribute? There is mention of "think tanks". Is that as consulting work for governments, or abstract musings on world problems, after which the "tankers" attempt to get someone to listen to "reason"? What, for instance have prior "think tank" groups produced? For whom?
(it would appear from a comment below from Monica Maria Crapanzano that she might appreciate a copy of your answer [and maybe even my question?] since she, too, is expressing some confusion over the diversity contained within the SICU structure.
It looks like an interesting venture. I hope I can be of some help.
